BZ Blueprint is operated by BZ Marketing LLC ("BZ Blueprint," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit bzblueprint.com or apply for coaching, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information:
- Information you give us directly. When you go through the quiz on our site, we collect your name and phone number, and your answers to the quiz questions (your goal, what's made it hardest to achieve, and how important it is to you right now). The quiz itself does not ask for your email address. If you go on to book a call, Calendly separately collects your email as part of scheduling that call — see "How we share your information" below for how Calendly handles that.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel in your browser to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. This collects standard technical information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and actions taken on the site (like completing the quiz), connected to your Facebook/Instagram activity if you have an account with Meta. In addition, when you complete the quiz or book a call, we send a matching copy of that event to Meta server-side through Meta's Conversions API — this includes your IP address and browser user-agent string, plus a one-way cryptographic hash (not the plaintext) of your name and phone number, along with Meta's own first-party ad-click identifiers (fbp/fbc cookies, sent as-is), used to help Meta match the event to the right ad activity. - Information stored in your browser. We keep a small number of values in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, but similar in spirit) so the site works correctly across a single visit and any time you come back: a random ID that lets us and Meta recognize the same visitor across visits without identifying you personally, which ad or link first brought you here (so we know which campaigns are actually working), and which version of a couple of small on-page experiments you were shown (so you see a consistent version of the site rather than a different one on every visit). None of this is shared with anyone except as already described above, and none of it is used to identify you outside of the advertising matching described above.
How we use your information
- To review your quiz answers and determine whether BZ Blueprint is a good fit for you
- To contact you by phone, email, or text to discuss your answers or schedule a call
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising, including showing relevant ads to people likely to be interested in our coaching
- To keep records of quiz submissions and communications for our own business purposes
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this business:
- Formspree, Inc. — processes and stores quiz submissions on our behalf
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — receives pixel and advertising data as described above
- Calendly, Inc. — if you book a call with us, Calendly processes the scheduling information (including your email address) you provide to them directly, under Calendly's own privacy policy
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and tracking
The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to track conversions, measure ad performance, and build advertising audiences. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through Meta's own ad preferences tool. When you first visit this site, you'll see a short notice about this; continuing to browse after that notice means you've seen and accepted it.
Your consent
By completing and submitting the quiz on our site, you're agreeing to the collection and use of your information as described above. We don't use a separate checkbox for this — submitting the quiz itself is the action that confirms your agreement. You can withdraw that consent at any time going forward by contacting us using the details below — we'll stop using your information for new purposes, though we may need to keep records of past communications for our own legitimate business or legal purposes.
Data retention
We keep quiz and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of further marketing communications from us at any time, by contacting us using the details below.
Children's privacy
BZ Blueprint and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
